For softener filters on well water, we suggest you change them every three to six months. If you notice low water pressure the filter probably needs to be changed more often. Consult page 13 of your owner’s manual for filter change instructions or check out our video here. If you’re unsure of the type of filter you need, check your softener maintenance sticker on your brine drum or contact us!
We have all filters available in office for pick up, shipping, or we can book a call to change it for you. While out there, our technicians will test the water and be able to spot any potential issues with your system.
