The type of filters you require depends on your household’s water supply. This information is located on the inside of the panel of the drinking water system (K5 models only), or on your maintenance sticker provided by our service team. Although you can change the filters yourself, we recommend that you contact us for assistance. We can determine the exact filters your system requires. We can even come out and change the filters for you, sanitize the system, and check your water to ensure your system is functioning properly. If you choose to install the new filters yourself, carefully follow the instructions found in your owner’s manual.
