If water flow to your refrigerator has decreased, or your ice cubes have gotten smaller since installation, first check your refrigerator manufacturer’s recommendations on if your fridge filter is needed. Depending on the model’s specifications, you may need to remove the filter, install a “dummy filter”, or still need to use the filter for it to work properly. If the filter is not the cause, your refrigerator may need higher water pressure. In some cases, this can be addressed by installing a booster tank on the line going into the fridge.
